Custom business systems
CRM, helpdesk, job cards, quoting, stock and client portals, built to your process.
RysenLabs is the software division of Rysen Group in Cape Town. We design, build and host custom business systems, mobile apps and AI tools, and you click through your system before a single line of production code is written.
Spreadsheets, shared inboxes and copy-paste between systems cost your team hours every week. We replace them with software shaped around how you actually work.
CRM, helpdesk, job cards, quoting, stock and client portals, built to your process.
Emails that become tickets, approvals that route themselves and reminders nobody has to remember.
Android and iOS apps for staff in the field or for your customers, on the app stores or private.
Validation, classification and assistants that do the checking, with a person approving every decision.
Live views of networks, pipelines and operations on any screen, with alerts when it matters.
Move data out of old systems and tapes, then run it all on infrastructure we manage.
You approve every stage, and you see a working prototype before the full build starts.
Emails to your support, sales and leads inboxes become tickets and leads. Every open item is chased hourly until the client agrees it can close.

Small relay agents at each client site feed one live dashboard: internet, websites, every device and a health score, with alerts when something stays down.

Checks invoices, contracts and supplier packs for accuracy, completeness and compliance before they move on, and drafts the note back to the sender.

Mobile apps, web apps your staff log into, and systems we deploy and keep running for you.
Android and iOS, from clickable prototype to app store release.
We deploy, monitor and update. Your data stays put.
Weekly demos until you sign it off.

Home / Products / Rysen Hub
Built to run Rysen Group's own service desk and sales team. Emails become tickets and leads automatically, and every open item is followed up hourly until the client agrees it can close.

One shared mailbox reads your support, sales and leads addresses. Subjects become titles and the right team is alerted.
Every ticket, lead and sale needs an update each hour. Overdue items flash and email the owner, and only client approval closes them.
Kanban and list views for procurement, from supplier quote to purchase order to invoice, plus new SLA retainers.
Each client is checked against your standard service set, so every gap becomes an opportunity.
Technical staff never see cost figures. Sales sees everything. Creative staff see their own projects.
Engineers tick off tasks and parts on site, and the client signs on the phone or tablet. A signed PDF goes to the client.
See every engineer's week, block clashes, and assign new work to whoever has the most free time.
Internal channels for your team, plus client conversations saved against the right ticket.
Work through every tab: chase tickets, get a job card signed on screen, book engineers in the calendar, balance capacity, convert leads, and chat with your team and clients.
Home / Products / Rysen Monitor
A central dashboard fed by relay agents at each site. It shows internet, website and device status in real time, scores each client's health, and emails support when something stays down.

Each client gets its own Windows or Linux installer, so devices stay bound to the right customer. VLANs supported.
Auto-scan networks, rename and classify devices, and choose which groups show on the main row.
A percentage per client, with what is offline and suggested fixes.
Maps drawn automatically from discovery, updated on every scan, with offline devices shown in red.
Every alert in one list with severity, email status, acknowledge and resolve, so nothing gets missed.
Run tests from inside the client's network and compare against the ISP package they pay for.
30 days of uptime per client line, so you can hold ISPs to their SLA.
Renewal and warranty countdowns with notices 30 days before they lapse.
Drive health, SMART errors, ZFS pool status and backup job results.
Open the auto-drawn network diagram, run a speed test, check 30 days of internet uptime, then press Simulate outage and follow the alert.

Expired certificates, missing tax numbers and policy clauses flagged before approval.
Changed bank details and mismatched supplier information raised for a person to verify.
A clear list of what to fix, drafted for you and ready to send.
Subscription tiers, credit bundles or an on-premises install.
Choose a sample and run the check. Problems are highlighted on the document and FlowDox drafts the note to the sender. Sample documents only, nothing is uploaded.

Structure validated after every read, with format conversion and QC reports.
